Rach, Rach’s husband and chef, opened his restaurant in Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square in 2009.
The kitchenware range includes Rachal’s signature hand-made dishes, and the chef also serves as executive chef of The Chef’s Kitchen, a culinary school he founded in 2015.
He and his wife, Rachel, now run the restaurant.
A number of Rachar’s products are available in Canada, as well as in the U.S. and the U .
The chef is also the executive chef and head of culinary operations at Kurnool.
The restaurant also sells Rachalan’s award-winning cookbooks, Raminah and Rach.
The cookbooks are a mix of recipes and entertaining anecdotes, including one on the benefits of cooking with the sun.
The Chef also has two other cookbooks: Rachalyana: Recipes From India and Raminalani: Recipes from Australia.
Rach is a member of the Rachala Kitchenware team, which also includes Chef Rachat Singh, who also runs The Rachali Kitchenware Group.
In 2015, he won the B.C. Culinary Awards for Outstanding Chef.
In 2017, he became the first Chef to serve on the executive team of the Michelin-starred Royal Diners Club.
