The world’s most hated food company is the world’s biggest food company.
In its annual report, the United States’ Kraft Heinz Co said it was “one of the most hated companies in the United Kingdom”, but the company also had the third most followers on Twitter.
“We love to fight against the good and the bad, but I think what is more important is the positive,” said Michael Fuhrmann, a food industry analyst at the research firm IDC.
“The brand has so many great things that it’s hard to hate.”
Kraft Heinz said it would focus on improving customer service, quality and transparency.
Kraft, which is based in New Jersey, employs around 9,000 people and sells food products to more than 80 countries.
Its brands include Heinz-brand bread, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Kashi, Kraft Cheeseburger and Kraft Ketchup.
The company says it has more than 40,000 followers on Instagram.
The report said Kraft Heinis was the fifth most-followed food company globally in 2017, and the third-most-following brand in the UK.
“Our biggest challenge is to create a sustainable and sustainable business model,” Kraft Heinys CEO Jodi Johnson told ABC News.
“And to make that happen, we have to take some of the negative attention off of ourselves.”
Kroll, based in the US, also said it had the second-most followers on social media.
The Kraft Heinzes report was issued on Tuesday, with the company confirming that its shares had risen in value by 12% to $2.26 in morning trade.
Kroll said it is the largest food company in Britain and was the second biggest in the Netherlands, with revenues of about $1.9 billion in the fourth quarter of this year.
It said it will make changes to its business model to better attract more customers.
